i cannot get my microphone to work, can someone help?
I checked the microphone. it works, I had an assistant check the system, it is said sys.working normally I came into propertys and adjusted the microphone. volume i have checked to ensure I got it right in the port and made sure it was installed right, the speakers work fine, but the microphone does not work at pls any help if you can ive run out of options
The only thing you did not mention that it might be is you must be sure the microphone is checked in the properties of the sound card. Open the volume control and select Properties. Select the radio button for Recording and click OK. Check the volume level of the microphone has a check mark in it. If not, check and click OK. If you have not checked, the mic was not selected as the input source. I think he does let you choose an entry at a time. If the box is checked, I have no other suggestions. Sorry.
