I'm trying out for a high school musical, what should I sing?
I'm trying out for my school's musical. I've done auditions before but it was completely different from this. I have to sing a Broadway piece and I have to have accompaniment with it. I'm in the alto range. So what would be good pieces for me to sing? And are there any good websites where I can get sheet music for free?

As for free... well, there's defiantly nowhere legal to get it. Beyond that I really don't know. You could try asking your music teacher if he/she has some books you could look at and copy. They could also make some suggestions as to what song would be best for you based on your vocal type and the show you are auditioning for.
